oh I have many, depending on the moment I need it... one for sure is chickpea curry as the making of it gives me some sort of zen-moment (and I love to eat it too)... but that means I have at least room in my mind to cook.... and sometimes I just need milk and a good cookie to make me feel safe.

Yes vinyasa. Not so much during Covid ...I much prefer to go to classes. it’s just not the same for me watching videos at home. I also meditate

I did it. It was supposed to help with flexibility but my flexibility seemed mostly unaffected. It was pretty relaxing and made a great warmup before physical activity.
